Senior .NET Developer/.NET Developer
We expect you to have:

• ASP.NET+MSSQL2000/2005 experience
• Strong OOP / OOD
• Understanding of multithreaded programming, networking
• Some experience with international search systems, like google, yahoo; SEO and Accessibility standards, etc.
• HTML awareness.

Senior Database Developer
We expect you to have:

• Work with application development staff to develop database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Design and implement redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Develop routines and procedures for end-users to facilitate best practices use of reporting tools and applications.

In addition, in order to be effective at this position, you should have basic understanding of:

• Oracle/MSSQL 2005 experience, NDB cluster experience.
• Have experience providing Production Support/Development.
• Some programming experience is required as our products include software libraries.
